Our rates are including: bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating,

and an initial supply of toilet paper, soap lotion etc.

W-LAN free of charge.

 

A welcome plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of mineral water.

 

Payment

25 % down payment after reservation.

Payment of the balance 7 days before arrival.

 

 

 

 

The rent of Apartment carried to the following conditions: 

The guest can book by writing, phone or Internet.

 

The lease is valid and the apartment so reserved after deposit/payment by the guest.

Upon deposit/payment the guest will receive a reservation confirmation.

 

The apartment is rented with complete inventory, incl. bed linen, dishes and towels.

 

The apartment can only be occupied with the indicated number of persons. 

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted . 

 

Arrival and departure count as one day

On arrival, the apartment is available from 16:00 onwards,

On departure it is availible up to 11:00. 

 

The guest is obliged to treat the apartment and inventory with care . 

He is obliged to compensate damages caused by him, his companions or guests. The guest assumes responsibility for guilt incapable children.

He is liable for the proof of lack of fault .

 

Upon termination of the lease, the apartment should be in the same state as on arrival.

 

Payment of the full rental amount should be done up to a week before rental period or cash on arrival.

 

The revocation of the lease is

to 7 days before arrival:                                free

6 to 2 days prior to arrival date:                   50 % of rental

arrival day :                                                  80 % of rental, if it fails to relet the apartment

 

In case of premature departure, the guest remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

 

We recommend a cancellation insurance. 

 

In cases of force majeure , the lease may be terminated . 

 

Place of performance is the residence of the lessor .
